This is a Complete Hands ON course; you will start from preparing your own board and doing the engineering.



Learn the art of balancing cakes at sharp angles. The armature is engineered from scratch using locally available material, right from selecting the board, material to build supports to selecting the type of cake and fillings.

Highlights of the course:

We teach you variations!! A big plus! Generally Advance workshops don’t allow change of theme, however we allow flexibility in this workshop and work along your theme to fit it in to structural framework. This workshop is intended for serious cake decorators who would like to upgrade their skills
